INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS
Abstracts for scientific papers should be submitted using the template provided on the website: www.findingspaces.nl before 15 April 2014. Notification of acceptance will be provided before 15 May. Full papers must be submitted before 1 September. Review before 1 October, revised papers before 15 October, late papers cannot be accepted for publication in the proceedings. Proceedings will be available at the conference and through the website.
After the conference, based on the paper contents and the oral presentations, a limited number of papers will be selected for publication as an academic book chapter in a book with tentative title ‘Finding Spaces for Productive Cities’ to be edited by Dr Rob Roggema, conference chair Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences, and Prof Greg Keeffe, Queens University Belfast
Oral presentations during the conference will be selected on the basis of accepted and complete papers. Submission of a full paper carries with it the obligation to present. Presenters are expected to register for the conference before 15 October. Late registrations may not be accepted. Submission of your full paper also grants Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences the permission to publish your paper in the conference proceedings.
